Dale Piccoli, President
Dale brings over 36 years of roofing experience to our team. Having started his career as an apprentice in the field, he has a unique understanding of every aspect of the business and this allows him to be a tremendous leader. When not leading the charge, Dale enjoys boating, fishing and time with his family.
Rich Carroll, Vice President
Rich develops and applies key processes and procedures that makes SR a market leader. With 20 years and many successful ventures in both the roofing and environmental abatement industries, Rich’s experience enables SR to be a superior exterior contractor. Outside of work Rich enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.
Mike Lowery, Service Manager
As a company founder, Mike manages the SR Service Department and Special Projects Division. His 11 years of estimating and managing a wide variety of roofing and waterproofing projects is a tremendous benefit for both SR and their customers. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife, 4 kids, and coaching both Football and Wrestling.
Lynn Dierking, Project Manager/ Estimator
Lynn was literally raised in the roofing business, having been born into a family with a passion for the industry. His vast experience in estimating and project management make him a valuable member of the SRBS team. He stays active out of the office by golfing and playing with his grandkids. Lynn also enjoys a good book.
Chad Osterholtz, Production Superintendent
Chad’s vast experience comes from over 20 years of working in the roofing industry. As Production Superintendent he oversees all projects on the production side of our business. A true outdoorsman, Chad enjoys spending time with family, riding dirt bikes, and hunting.
AJ Bartlett, Project Manager
In addition to a BS in Industrial Engineering, AJ joins the SRBS team with just over 3 years of estimating experience. As a Production Project Manager, he ensures our crews are equipped with all the materials and tools they need to perform the best roofing services in Washington. When he is not maximizing productivity, AJ loves playing slow pitch softball and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Ryan Kaminski, Project Manager
A WVU graduate, Ryan also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and has worked as a Project Manager for 2 years in commercial roofing. Ryan handles jobs during the pre-construction phase, and helps us with budgeting and projecting job costs. Outside of work he enjoys both swimming and soccer, which he has played competitively for several years.
Dave McKie, Service Project Manager
Dave has been with SR Building Services since the company’s inception. He has worked as a Foreman for both our Service and Production departments, and his 30 years of experience and passion for the industry shows through in his work. Outside of work Dave loves spending free time with his family.
Juan Torres, Service Superintendent
Juan’s 17 years of roofing experience in the field grants him a unique perspective as he trains members of our service team. He not only controls the quality of workmanship, but is continually finding ways to exceed customer expectations. When not working, Juan enjoys time with his family and working on his house.
Charles Avery, Service Lead Estimator
Charles came to the SR Team with 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. During that time he has worked as Foreman of both service and production crews, managed projects, estimated work and managed operations. His free time is spent building custom Harley Davidson Motorcycles and working at motorcycle rally’s to fund programs for veterans and children in the South Sound.
Brandon Holley, Service Estimator
Brandon’s past organizational and leadership skills serve him well in his work as he inspects, estimates and manages projects in our service department. Brandon enjoys working out, getting strong and exploring the Pacific NW.
Tammy Johnson, Service Coordinator
Tammy’s 15 plus years in the service industry leave her well equipped to coordinate the SR service team. In her free time she enjoys cooking, relaxing by the ocean, and spending time with friends and family.
Evan Prince, Client Service Coordinator
A University of Washington graduate, Evan coordinates service jobs and responds to service customer requests. Outside of work he enjoys playing rugby, basketball, and snowboarding in the winter.
Kelsey Jakobsen, Operations Administrator
Kelsey has worked in construction for 5 years focusing on purchasing, scheduling, and logistics. When not spending time with her 2 kids, she enjoys sewing, gardening, and volunteer work.
Jeff Stone, Warehouse Manager
Jeff keeps the yard and the shop organized and ensures that supplies are managed to most efficiently run jobs. A UW graduate, Jeff has been involved in the Inventory and Management business for over 20 years. Outside of work Jeff enjoys family time, woodworking, and painting.
