Dale Piccoli, President

Dale brings over 36 years of roofing experience to our team. Having started his career as an apprentice in the field, he has a unique understanding of every aspect of the business and this allows him to be a tremendous leader. When not leading the charge, Dale enjoys boating, fishing and time with his family.

Rich Carroll, Vice President
Rich Carroll, Vice President

Rich develops and applies key processes and procedures that makes SR a market leader. With 20 years and many successful ventures in both the roofing and environmental abatement industries, Rich’s experience enables SR to be a superior exterior contractor. Outside of work Rich enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.

Lynn Dierking, Estimator
Lynn Dierking, Estimator

Lynn was literally raised in the roofing business, having been born into a family with a passion for the industry. His vast experience in estimating and project management make him a valuable member of the SRBS team. He stays active out of the office by golfing and playing with his grandkids. Lynn also enjoys a good book.

Ryan Kaminski, Project Manager
Ryan Kaminski, Project Manager

A WVU graduate, Ryan also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and has worked as a Project Manager for 2 years in commercial roofing. Ryan handles jobs during the pre-construction phase, and helps us with budgeting and projecting job costs. Outside of work he enjoys both swimming and soccer, which he has played competitively for several years.

Jeff Stone, EHS Manager
Jeff Stone, EHS Manager

Jeff was previously the Warehouse Manager but transferred to become our Safety Manager in March 2020. His previous military (US Army & US Marine Corp) and college experience (UW) combined with materials and equipment knowledge have set him up for success in the field of safety. Outside of work Jeff enjoys family time, woodworking and painting.

Brittany Lehmann, Service Coordinator
Brittany Lehmann, Service Coordinator

Formerly an assistant manager at a private adult family home, Brittany brings her enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and management skills to her new role at SRBS. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys camping, traveling and watching her husband race motorcycles professionally.

Kyla Grennan, Business Development Manager
Kyla Grennan, Business Development Manager

Kyla has worked in marketing, account management and business development since 2014. She prides herself on building genuine and lasting relationships with all of her customers and vendors. In her spare time, Kyla enjoys spending time with family, watching her children play sports and exploring the great Pacific Northwest!

Taylor Warren, Production Coordinator
Taylor Warren, Production Coordinator

Taylor has been working in customer service since 2014 and has an Associate’s Degree in Integrated studies. Being in the Production Coordinator role, she ensures that all administrative duties in the production department run smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, she has a 10-year-old daughter and they enjoy going camping, hiking, and reading.

Garrett Brook, Logistics Director
Garrett Brook, Logistics Director

Garrett wears many hats at SRBS, he’s in charge of scheduling crews, estimating service projects, ordering building materials, and more. Garrett also holds numerous certifications through the IICRC, AHERA, and OSHA. In his free time Garrett enjoys the outdoors, playing music, and spending time with his family and black lab.
