Dale brings over 36 years of roofing experience to our team. Having started his career as an apprentice in the field, he has a unique understanding of every aspect of the business and this allows him to be a tremendous leader. When not leading the charge, Dale enjoys boating, fishing and time with his family.

Rich Carroll, Vice President
Rich Carroll, Vice President

Rich develops and applies key processes and procedures that makes SR a market leader. With 20 years and many successful ventures in both the roofing and environmental abatement industries, Rich’s experience enables SR to be a superior exterior contractor. Outside of work Rich enjoys traveling, golfing, skiing and spending time with his family.

Lynn Dierking, Estimator
Lynn Dierking, Estimator

Lynn was literally raised in the roofing business, having been born into a family with a passion for the industry. His vast experience in estimating and project management make him a valuable member of the SRBS team. He stays active out of the office by golfing and playing with his grandkids. Lynn also enjoys a good book.

Chad Osterholtz, Production Superintendent
Chad Osterholtz, Production Superintendent

Chad’s vast experience comes from over 20 years of working in the roofing industry. As Production Superintendent he oversees all projects on the production side of our business. A true outdoorsman, Chad enjoys spending time with family, riding dirt bikes, and hunting.

AJ Bartlett, Project Manager
AJ Bartlett, Project Manager

In addition to a BS in Industrial Engineering, AJ joins the SRBS team with just over 3 years of estimating experience. As a Project Manager, he ensures our crews are equipped with all the materials and tools they need to perform the best roofing services in Washington. When he is not maximizing productivity, AJ loves playing slow pitch softball and exploring the Pacific Northwest.

Ryan Kaminski, Project Manager
Ryan Kaminski, Project Manager

A WVU graduate, Ryan also holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and has worked as a Project Manager for 2 years in commercial roofing. Ryan handles jobs during the pre-construction phase, and helps us with budgeting and projecting job costs. Outside of work he enjoys both swimming and soccer, which he has played competitively for several years.

Charles Avery, Service Manager
Charles Avery, Service Manager

Charles came to the SR Team with 20 years of experience in the roofing industry. During that time he has worked as Foreman of both service and production crews, managed projects, estimated work and managed operations. His free time is spent building custom Harley Davidson Motorcycles and working at motorcycle rally’s to fund programs for veterans and children in the South Sound.

Brandon Holley, Service Coordinator

Brandon’s past organizational and leadership skills serve him well in his work as he inspects, estimates and manages projects in our service department. Brandon enjoys working out, getting strong and exploring the Pacific NW.

Jeff Stone, Warehouse Manager
Jeff Stone, Warehouse Manager

Jeff keeps the yard and the shop organized and ensures that supplies are managed to most efficiently run jobs. A UW graduate, Jeff has been involved in the Inventory and Management business for over 20 years. Outside of work Jeff enjoys family time, woodworking, and painting.

Josh Lafferty, Service Coordinator

Josh is a graduate from Widener University in Chester, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. Drawn by all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer, he moved here just a week after graduation. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, watching movies and collecting vinyl records.

Formerly an assistant manager at a private adult family home, Brittany brings her enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure and management skills to her new role at SRBS. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys camping, traveling and watching her husband race motorcycles professionally.

Kyla O’Leary, Business Development

Kyla has worked in marketing, account management and business development since 2014. She prides herself on building genuine and lasting relationships with all of her customers and vendors. In her spare time, Kyla enjoys spending time with family, watching her children play sports and exploring the great Pacific Northwest!

Taylor Warren, Front Desk Coordinator
Taylor Warren, Front Desk Coordinator

Taylor has been working in customer service since 2014 and is currently working on earning her bachelors degree in accounting. She ensures administrative tasks are running smoothly and all guests at SRBS are welcomed. Outside of work, Taylor has an 8-year-old daughter and they enjoy going camping, hiking, and reading.

Garrett Brook, Service Project Manager
Garrett Brook, Service Project Manager

Garrett wears many hats at SRBS, he’s in charge of the scheduling crews, estimating service projects, ordering building materials, and more. Garrett also holds numerous certifications through the IICRC, AHERA, and OSHA. In his free time Garrett enjoys the outdoors, playing music, and spending time with his family and black lab.
